OTP Authentication

Ledgerly uses One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent to your registered phone number to verify your identity during account creation and login. Your phone number is used only for authentication, security, and account-related communication.

We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.

Camera and Image Usage

Ledgerly uses your device camera to scan invoices, bills, barcodes, and QR codes. When you scan an invoice or bill, the captured image may be uploaded to our backend servers for processing, verification, and record-keeping purposes.

Invoice images are used only to extract relevant billing information and to help you maintain accurate business records. These images are not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Access to stored data and invoice images is restricted and allowed only for providing Ledgerly features or support when required.

Data is retained as long as necessary to provide the service and may be deleted when you remove the data or delete your account.

Ledgerly may use trusted third-party services to provide app functionality, such as:

OTP delivery providers for authentication
Google ML Kit or similar libraries for barcode scanning

These services process data only as required to perform their intended function.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your data. You may request account deletion and data removal by contacting us.
